What do I need to have ready before the session?
Just yourself and a quiet space. It helps to come with one specific friction point in your business in mind — one task that costs more time than it should. That will make the framework immediately applicable to your situation.
What if I already use some AI tools?
The framework and the live demonstration will still be useful — particularly the section on integrating AI into your existing workflow without disrupting what is already working. Many attendees will be somewhere in the middle.
How many people will be in the session?

Do I need any technical background?
