If you have decades of experience and still cannot answer that question in one clear sentence, this workbook was written for you.
What Do I Have to Offer? is a workbook for women with experience who are in business, or starting one, and who are tired of circling around what to sell.
In around ninety minutes you lay out everything you have, judge it honestly, choose one offer, and say it in one plain sentence a stranger could repeat back to you. Then you test it in three real conversations before you build anything else.
You gather everything first, across five prompts: the work you have been paid for, the problems people bring to you, the things you do easily that others find hard, the results you have helped create, and what life itself taught you.
You score each strong idea on proof, energy, demand and fit. A worked example follows Margaret, 58, who spent twenty six years in local government and believed she had nothing to sell, as she scores three ideas and sees which one is strong everywhere and weak nowhere.
You complete the six line offer canvas for your winning idea: who it is for, the problem it solves, the result you are promising, how you deliver it, why you are the right person, and the first step.
You compress your canvas into one sentence, study before and after examples for a service business, a product business and a local business, and run the repeat back test.
You plan three conversations inside the next seven days, with a simple shape for what to say, the three questions to ask, how to tell real demand from polite interest, and a clear decision rule for what to do with what you hear.
You are a woman with real experience behind you, in any kind of business, and the thing holding you back is that you cannot yet say clearly what you sell. It is also for you if you have several ideas and keep splitting your energy across all of them.
You already have a clear offer that is selling and you need help with pricing or getting clients. Those come next, in the right order. Start with clarity, then price, then conversations.
Answer seven short questions and find out which kind of offer your experience points to, the Expert, the Guide, the Maker or the Connector. Your result arrives by email, with the first step for your kind of offer.
Section 1 in full, plus the start of Section 2, so you can feel how the workbook works before you buy.
Yours to keep and return to. If you go on to join Offer Snapshot Lab within 30 days of buying this workbook, your $27 counts toward it in full, whether you choose Standard at $59 or VIP at $99. Bring the offer page you completed in this workbook, and we will sharpen it together.
Around ninety minutes, or two sittings of forty five minutes each. Most women do the inventory in the first sitting and the rest in the second.
No. You need experience and a wish to sell something of your own. Women use this workbook before they start, and women already trading use it when their offer has gone fuzzy.
A PDF workbook you can read on screen or print. The writing pages work best printed, with a pen you like.
That is exactly what Sections 2 and 3 are for. You will score them, choose one to take to market first, and park the rest in writing with a date to look at them again.
Your next decision is price, and my pricing calculator at pricedwise.com is free to use whenever you are ready. After price come conversations. And if you want experienced eyes on your offer first, Offer Snapshot Lab is there, with your $27 already counting toward it.
